Internet Ad Revenues Estimated to Cross $12.5 Billion in 2005
Internet ad revenues are estimated to cross $12.5 billion in 2005, according to the Interactive Advertising Bureau and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. The fourth quarter revenues totaled $3.6 billion.
Internet ad revenues are estimated to cross $12.5 billion in 2005, according to the IAB and PwC. This is a 30% increase compared to $9.6 billion in 2004.
The fourth quarter revenues totaled $3.6 billion, a 35% increase compared to the fourth quarter of 2004 and a 17% increase compared to the third quarter of 2005.
Greg Stuart, CEO, IAB, said: “As consumers continue to embrace the Internet as an integral part of their everyday lives, marketers continue to acknowledge that Interactive is a critical medium to engage their customers and create deeper brand experiences.
