The ‘People Also Ask’ (PAA) box is a Google SERP feature that answers questions related to the user’s search query.

He says, “Google’s “People Also Ask” (PAA) feature presents a list of questions that are related to the original query and may be of interest to the user. These questions are usually presented in a drop-down format, allowing users to expand the list to view additional questions and answers.
The PAA feature uses machine learning algorithms to analyze search queries and identify common related user questions. The questions generated are topically related to the user query and rank based on relevance and popularity.
