Sales win rate — the percentage of final stage prospects that closed and became customers divided by the total number of deals in the pipeline in a given period — is one of the better metrics for sales orgs to gauge the efficiency of their sales processes and keep tabs on how individual reps are performing.

  • 2.5% of respondents said their average win rate was between 1-10%
