The latest post on ‘Mashable’ is titled “Two-Thirds of U.S. Consumers Own Smartphones”.

Samantha Murphy Kelly says, “Two-thirds of U.S. consumers currently own smartphones, up significantly from 44% in 2011, according to a new report. In fact, nationwide smartphone popularity is so high, it’s now more common than gaming consoles (46%) and digital cable (54%).

The findings come from Nielsen’s Digital Consumer Report released this week, highlighting the country’s growth in tech adoption in the past few years“.
