In addition, for each item, you can define a “morph”, i.e., an action you may take on that item. For example, you can create a list of websites where you might post the article. Then you can track the morphing of that item as you post it to Twitter, your Facebook fan page, etc. No more wondering, “Did I or didn’t I?”. Just put a note in the database.

You could use the morph feature, for example, to classify items:
