AT&T has acquired BellSouth Corporation to form a new communications company. The new company will introduce new broadband services in the remote and rural locations in the traditional BellSouth region.
AT&T has acquired BellSouth Corporation to form a new communications company. The new company will introduce new broadband services in the remote and rural locations in the traditional BellSouth region.
With the BellSouth acquisition, AT&T will expand its broadband, wireless services, voice services for consumers and businesses, according to AT&T.
