24/7 Media, a digital marketing company, has appointed Oleg Vishnepolsky as Chief Technology Officer and Anthony Borruso as Chief Infrastructure Officer, a newly created position at the company.

Jeff Marcus, current CTO of 24/7 Media is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.

Oleg Vishnepolsky has worked with companies such as AOL and DoubleClick. He worked at AOL as vice president of publishing and search.

Anthony Borruso has more than 26 years of global IT management experience.
