46% of US students use the Internet for school work. 36% use Internet for e-mail and instant messaging, according to a report ‘Computer and Internet Use by Students in 2003’ from NCES.
46% of US students use the Internet for school work. 36% use Internet for e-mail and instant messaging, according to a report ‘Computer and Internet Use by Students in 2003’ from NCES.

– ‘38% students use Internet to play games
– 98% of US schools were having Internet access in 2000
– 43% of US students access Internet from schools
– 45% access Internet from home
– 83% of students use computers at school and 68% use computers at home’.
