Yahoo has revamped its video search website. New features include search box at the top of the page, and editorially chosen featured videos.

The search results page also offers additional information on the video content, including source, length, and a breakdown of video that fit in predetermined channels created by Yahoo or by users who uploaded content.

Users will also be able to read ratings and reviews of the video, and forward the content or links to friends through Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Messenger.

When users click on a video hosted by another site, they are redirected to the other website. Users can directly watch videos that are hosted by Yahoo through an embedded video player.

The new website also allows users to paste the video in their blogs and other websites.

Another new feature is Yahoo Studio. The service allows users to upload their own video and create a profile. Users can keep a track of the number of viewers who have watched the video and their ratings.
