The study is titled “Online Mortgage Shoppers’ Paths To Purchase: Navigational And Survey Data Uncovers How Prospects Use Sites”. The study analyzed the behavior of applicants who searched the internet and applied for mortgage loans.

37% of such applicants applied for the loans online or submitted leads from the internet.
