Goodmail Systems has partnered with 15 email service providers for its CertifiedEmail service. The 15 ESPs include Acxiom Digital, BlueStreak, e-Dialog, Epsilon Interactive, ExactTarget, Exmplar, Premier Global Services, Responsys, Harte-Hanks Postfuture, Silverpop, SmartDM, TailoredMail, Whatcounts, Zustek and Yesmail.

CertifiedMail is a solution provided by Goodmail offered to accredited senders based on their email practices. Such accredited senders have their emails sent with a “˜trust icon’ indicating that each individual email is authentic.

John Ouren, senior vice president of sales and business development at Goodmail Systems, said: “Because these ESP partners have the necessary sending infrastructure, they are able to deliver the per-message authentication capabilities that CertifiedEmail offers, providing corporate volume senders the means to eliminate the risk of fraud while improving deliverability, message integrity, and the overall effectiveness of email communications.” [Source]

Once an email is accompanied by the trust icon, participating ISPs automatically enable links and images in bulk emails which otherwise are automatically disabled by the ISPs.

CertifiedMail consists of two components:

1. Accreditation and reputation monitoring service
2. Individually stamping emails of approved senders with a cryptographically secure token.
