A survey by Knexus Community has revealed that 70% of the respondent marketers have changed their web analytics package over the last 2 years.

62% of the respondents are happy with their current web analytics package and would recommend it to other marketers.

The research also revealed that the 3 main advantages of today’s web analytics packages were: “good and fast reporting, real time data and user friendliness.” [Source]

The research was conducted by Knexus Community, a corporate digital business network. Knexus Community’s members include BT, Diageo, Honda, O2, RBS and Shell.
