The Email Service Provider Coalition has changed its name to Email Sender & Provider Coalition owing to its widening membership.


The Email Service Provider Coalition has changed its name to Email Sender & Provider Coalition owing to its widening membership.

The ESPC has acquired many new members now who are not only Email Service Providers. The ESPC now has 75 companies as memers.

Trevor Hughes, Executive Director, ESPC, said, “We’ve always aimed to be a positive force in the email industry as a whole and we’re glad that a broader range of companies are seeing the value of ESPC membership” [Source]

The new members include email senders, ESPs, email receivers(ISPs), Message Transfer Agents, Reputation Service Providers, and other companies and organizations.

The ESPC was founded in 2002 to fight against spam and protect legitimate email delivery. Some of the ESPC’s members include Cheetah Mail, Constant Contact, Digital Impact and DoublecClick.
