TiVo has announced a host of new online services that offer entertainment and information from the internet directly to the television set. Customers using TiVo services can also get movie tickets, listen to podcasts and share Yahoo! Photos.


TiVo, the creator of television services for digital video recorders, DVR, has announced a host of new online services.

These services include the following:

Deliver timely entertainment and information directly to the television set.
Provide information related to local movie listings, local traffic and weather.
Offer customers the facility to buy tickets, listen to podcasts, and view shared Yahoo! Photos.
