Think Partnership, which owns SEM company WebSourced, has signed a letter of intent to take over majority interest in Crystal Reference Systems. Crystal Reference Systems has two trading divisions: Crystal Reference and Crystal Semantics.


Think Partnership, which owns SEM company WebSourced, has signed a letter of intent to take over majority interest in Crystal Reference Systems. Crystal Reference Systems has two trading divisions: Crystal Reference and Crystal Semantics.

Crystal Reference provides online content and reference material for publishers like Penguin Books, Webster Publishing and A&E Television Network.

Crystal Semantics provides online marketing solutions. Crystal Semantics works by analyzing the words in a page to calculate a meaning of the page, called Textonomy.

According to the letter of intent, Think Partnership will take over 51% of Crystal Reference Systems for the price of ₤810,000 in cash and Think Partnership stocks worth ₤90,000. Think Partnership also has the option to buy out the rest 49%, for the price of ₤90,000 in cash and stocks worth ₤810,000, which will expire after 5 yrs from the date of closing.
