Sergey Brin and Larry Page of Google secured the first place as the world’s hardest hitting business minds in Vanity Fair ranks.


Each year Vanity Fair ranks the worlds best business minds in the information age and this year the two men who have secured the first position belong to Google.

Sergey Brin, President, Technology, Google Inc. and Larry Page, President, Products, Google Inc. topped the list of Vanity Fair ranking.

H. Lee Scott JR., President and C.E.O., Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. who held the first position last year has been pushed to the second place. Sergey Brin and Larry Page held the sixth position last year and they have moved to the first position this year.

Sergey Brin and Larry Page are said to have amassed fortunes of $10 billion. Google shares have shot up from $85 a share to over $300 in less than a year. Sales of the shares alone is said to have brought in $700 million a piece.
