Real Media 24/7 and Dentsu, a Japanese advertising company, have announced the establishment of K.K. 24/7 Search, a joint venture that will deliver search engine marketing services to Dentsu’s roster of 6,000 clients.


Real Media said it struck a deal with Japanese ad giant Dentsu to form a search advertising joint venture. Interactive marketing and technology firm 24/7 Real Media and Japanese advertising company, Dentsu, through a joint venture have established K.K. 24/7 Search.

KK 24-7 Search will be the exclusive provider of search services to Dentsu’s roster of 6,000 clients. Jae Woo Chung, CEO of 24/7 Real Media Asia, will head the unit.

The Dentsu Group is reportedly the fifth-largest advertising group in the world with more than 6,000 domestic and global clients and annual revenues of some $3 billion. Dentsu subsidiaries and affiliated companies, including Publicis Groupe S.A., provide it with a presence in North America, Europe and Asia.
