There are a lot of things to like about this app. That’s why over 1 Billion users in over 180 countries have signed up. On the WhatsApp website, they explain their main selling point this way, “With WhatsApp, you get fast, simple, secure messaging and calling for free, available on phones all over the world.”

Marketers have seen this community of 1 Billion members as a potential marketplace for almost any niche you can think of. In the years since Facebook took over WhatsApp in 2014, marketers have searched for ways to take advantage of its unique features.

If you are among them, you will no doubt have been frustrated or confused about how to manage your content so you can revise and reuse it. There’s a helpful article just published by Harry Guinness that will help you search and organize your content for easy access whenever you need it.

As Guinness points out, there are two primary ways of searching the log of your WhatsApp conversations, a context-honoring search and a no-frills search when you can’t remember the context, or even who the conversation was with.

His article includes a lot of screen captures that lead you through both search processes. If you use WhatsApp at all, you will find his explanation worth hanging onto. See it here:
