In this post, I’ll review sections of the U.S. email regulations covering the unsubscribe process and survey similar regulations in Canada, the European Union, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. United States: CAN-SPAM

It stands for “Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003″ and is the set of federal laws and regulations governing email in the United States”.
